It is missing one light bulb. See picture number 11 and 12. It comes with the nuts to secure vehicle as well.

Please look at all the pictures, as this is sold. You can use it as is or have repainted. I'll get back with you asap. It does have scratches and maybe some light nicks.

The handle works as it should. Please verify this is the right part for your vehicle. All the tabs for mounting it are there and not broken.

It is silver in color. You can probably just use your bracket. Up for your consideration is a Cadillac Srx rear license plate housing pocket. I do not know if the light bulbs work as have no way of testing them.

I have the bracket that mounts to housing and tailgate which i'll include, but think it may be bent a little.
