Originally contacted outside of and when I told them they couldn charge me taxes due to it being an out of state sale they thought it was funny to put it on so they could charge taxes. I bought it and when it arrived the engine wasn secured to the pallet. Spent lots of money fixing what they did inform me was broke spent more paying for installation only to find out it doesn work properly. $5000 total spent now they refuse to abide bys rules 10-01-23
