These are for coupe and convertible only, but will fit Ford Mercury 1941, 1942, 1946, 1947, 1948. They're painted but looks like a rattle can job and there are runs, missed spots, some scraped off paint; is primer under the maroon.

Both arm sections have some adjustments made by bending them, looks like they are supposed to one bend but not two. Some refer to these as hold open arms or stay up arms; they will lock in place the trunk lid so you can get inside without it hitting your head. So I am not sure what these are worth, see someone wants $950 for a real Bob Drake set but actual sales much lower.
